We update this page once weekly, so if you see the puppy you want published as available on this page , go ahead and submit the form and deposit. If you have questions about anything concerning the puppy you are looking to reserve, please reach out to me first before you send us your form. My cell number is (352)467-2600. Form submitted without payment will be voided and deleted. We will no longer contact folks who take the time to submit the application but does not commit to reserving the puppy. For puppies that are READY NOW, full payment is required . Forms of payment are listed on the form. If for any reason, we do not approve your application, we will notify you and promptly refund your deposit in full (this happens when more than one buyer applies and pays at the same time. We choose the best match and refund the other). We review every application and try to match the right family for each puppy as much as possible. We prefer families with older children or none, flexible schedule, such as work from home, or retired, to own our puppies; living in a home with a fenced backyard.
Folks living in apartments just be aware your puppy will not be fully covered against parvo until his or her vaccination schedule is complete. Your puppy will only have his or her first round of shots when he goes home with you at 8-9 weeks. Until then, we highly recommend you continue the wee pad at home for your puppy's bathroom needs if you don't live in a house with a backyard. The balance is due on puppy's ready date whether you are ready to pick up or not.
Puppy must be picked up within a week from its ready date. After a week, we charge $30 per day and any additional vet appointments that may occur during the time the puppy is in our care. Her price also includes meeting you half way, deliver up to 150 miles from our home north of Tampa FL. We can also meet you at the airport in Tampa or Orlando international. Full payment is collected before we leave for this option.
If you are looking to make payments on a puppy, you can only do so on puppies that are yet to be born or that have just been born. From the time a puppy is born, you have two months to prepare for meeting your financial obligation. The bottom line is your puppy has to be fully paid for by the ready date we give you in the beginning. No EXCEPTIONS. We do not refund any payments made towards a puppy that is not picked up when ready. If you put a deposit down and/or make payments on puppy you can't pick up when ready, your deposit is FORFEITED and any additional payments made towards the puppy you backed out from will automatically turn into credit towards a future puppy reservation, and only valid for as long as are in business. NO EXCEPTIONS. The only circumstance we would refund is if the puppy you reserved becomes unavailable to you which is highly unlikely . Your deposit is your guarantee that the puppy you have chosen to purchase will not be placed with anyone else; in the same way, your deposit is your guarantee to us that you will honor your financial obligation with us and the puppy you chose when the puppy is released to go home by our vet. This is non-negotiable.

Puppy Artem - Doroteya x Galileo Litter of 7/7/25 -$3,200 LIMITED AKC ADOPTED
If you are looking for a miniature longhair dacshund with Russian lineage known for their high standards of conformation and temperament, Artem is the right puppy for you. He is ready to go home with the right owner who is going help him reach his fullest potential. We have initiated crate training and basic obedience training with him. Artem is an exceptional pup who has his European lineage all of him. Artem is expected to weight around 10-11lbs when fully grown, contingent upon proper diet and regular exercise. Artem is a very chilled, laid back pup. I can picture him in the AKC shows as well as on the couch chilling, watching TV. He has mesmerizing green hazel eyes like his mom Doroteya. His current price is $3,000 and it includes LIMITED AKC registration. How to reserve Artem? Submit your application and deposit at the same time. Balance is due at pick. If you require meeting half way, payment is required upfront plus additional fee depending on how far we are travelling to meet you.

LITTER #2: Molly and Galileo's Litter of 7/19/25. Litter of 2 (two) puppies; One female and one male. This litter will be ready on the week of 9/15/25. All puppies are longhair and eligible for CKC registration. We provide limited PET only registration. Puppy price include microchip and free lifetime Buddy ID service, go home bag with feed sample of kibbles and wet Purina Pro Plan Puppy food with DHA, feed instructions, and schedule, toys we used with your puppy, puppy collar and leash, training treats, blanket, vet paperwork, health certificate, and your receipt.
Diesel, Molly and Galileo, DOB 7/19/25, $2,500 ADOPTED
Diesel is a miniature longhair black and tan male. Diesel was born on 7/19/25. He will be ready to go home on the week of 9/15/25. Please do not submit application unless you are ready to reserve. Too many folks putting applications in with no real intent to reserve. Serious buyers are not afraid to chat first if they have questions and put in the deposit. Applications without deposit will be ignored and voided. We prefer buyers with older children or none, with flexible schedule (working from home preferred) or retired who are active people. Fenced backyard is a must. Buyers dwelling in apartments or in houses with no yard (fenced) please be aware your puppy will not be ready to go outside to dog parks or public parks when he goes home at 8 weeks. You puppy requires full vaccination schedule before you can safely take him to a park or other public area. Therefore, if you do not have a backyard, we recommend you continue the wee pads, which he will be fully trained for until he is able to safely transition to outside bathroom in a public area. Diesel will be vet checked and receive his first round of shots, Diesel will be registered with CKC and we will provide you with a limited - PET only certification. Diesel's personality is emerging as a puppy who loves to explore the world around him. Diesel is also very affectionate. He enjoys cuddles and kisses as common trait of the breed. He will be a great loving companion to his human counterpart.
Juniper, Molly and Galileo, DOB 7/19/25, $2,800 ADOPTED
Juniper was born on 7/19/25. She will be ready to go home on the week of 9/15/25. Please do not submit application unless you are ready to reserve. We prefer buyers with older children or none, with flexible schedule (working from home preferred) or retired who are active people. Fenced backyard is a must. Buyers dwelling in apartments or houses without a (fenced) yard, please be aware your puppy will not be ready to go outside to dog parks or public parks when she goes home at 8 weeks. You puppy requires full vaccination schedule before you can safely take her to a dog park or similar public areas. Therefore, if you do not have a backyard, we recommend you continue the wee pads, which she will be fully trained for until she is able to safely transition to outside bathroom in a public area. Personality - Juniper is getting around great, giving us all kisses and yawns, wagging happy tail. She is an all doll . Has a friendly personality and captivating persona.
