We update this page once weekly, so if you see the puppy you want published as available on this page , go ahead and submit the form and deposit. If you have questions about anything concerning the puppy you are looking to reserve, please reach out to me first before you send us your form. My cell number is (352)467-2600. Form submitted without payment will be voided and deleted. For puppies that are READY NOW, full payment is required . Forms of payment are listed on the form. If for any reason, we do not approve your application, we will notify you and promptly refund your deposit in full. We review every application and try to match the right family for each puppy as much as possible. We prefer families with older children or none, flexible schedule, such as work from home, or retired, to own our puppies; living in a home with a fenced backyard. 

Folks living in apartments just be aware your puppy will not be fully covered against parvo until his or her vaccination schedule is complete. Your puppy will only have his or her first round of shots when he goes home with you at 8-9 weeks. Until then, we highly recommend you continue the wee pad at home for your puppy's bathroom needs if you don't live in a house with a backyard. The balance is due on puppy's ready date whether you are ready to pick up or not. 

Puppy must be picked up within a week from its ready date. After a week, we charge $30 per day and any additional vet appointments that may occur during the time the puppy is in our care. 

If you are looking to make payments on a puppy, you can only do so on puppies that are yet to be born or that have just been born. From the time a puppy is born, you have two months to prepare for meeting your financial obligation. The bottom line is your puppy has to be fully paid for by the ready date we give you in the beginning. No EXCEPTIONS. We do not refund any payments made towards a puppy that is not picked up when ready. If you put a deposit down and/or make payments on puppy you can't pick up when ready, your deposit is FORFEITED and any additional payments made towards the puppy you backed out from  will automatically turn into credit towards a future puppy reservation, and only valid for as long as are in business. NO EXCEPTIONS.  The only circumstance we would refund is if the puppy you reserved becomes unavailable to you which is highly unlikely . Your deposit is your guarantee that the puppy you have chosen to purchase will not be placed with anyone else; in the same way, your deposit is our guarantee to you will adopt the puppy you resrved from the time you post your deposit. This is non-negotiable.

We can only offer payment installments through our secure payment link on GOOD DOG: https://pay.gooddog.com/kingpin-doxies-florida but you can expect to pay a bit more due to Good Dog added fees.
